The sun finally came out so we took advantage of the free Deck Chairs courtesy of the cafe on the Pier.
Some hardy souls even ventured into the sea for a swim, some school children came on the Pier to sketch the beach and houses, it was comical as not one of them could erect one of the deck chairs, so I had to instruct some of them, once they finished they all had to put the chairs away again, this was even more of a task for most of them, I did have a smile or two.
We packed up and headed home once we picked up a present for Miss Maddi.
