This little lonely chocolate was the last one standing was made by my lovely niece Kelsie who has just finished her 2 year Diploma in Patisserie. I was invited to her final buffet exam (yuuuuuum!) and tasted amazing lemon curd filled choux pastries, pistachio macaroons ......(this choc is mint and lavender)
That girl can cook!!
Now she just needs to find a job in the industry....
Very cool, I hope you ate it after this shot. Mrs. S is currently studying Chef type things and I'm not getting any slimmer! We had an 8 course degistation menu last week that she was cooking...and lots of wine of course
