Homemade- crackers, slow roasted cherry tomatoes, caramelised onions to accompany blue cheese and avocado

@dide thanks Dianne - its a simple recipe! spelt flour (could use regular wholemeal flour) .. flax seeds, sunflower, pumpkin and chia seeds, water, salt, olive oil.. I also add caraway seeds as i like the flavour

Well done with the crackers - they look so healthful. However the seed get stuck in my teeth but actually I don't care. Taste so good and crispy!
