This version shows the beam of light. It was flitting. It would appear in fits and starts, and it would pulsate some. I tried many different settings to capture it and the best one was at low ISO and a longer exposure. I think these were the successful settings. White balance was a challenge from the varied lights in the City of Fort Lauderdale skyline. My wife and I have been very excited about going away together after a trying year. Tomorrow we'll have an early morning walk, then spend the day at the beach. I turned off my phone, other people's problems for me to solve can wait a day or two.
