Bricks and Mortar

First time doing pilates at the gym and I enjoyed it. It focuses on concentrated exercise to improve and strengthening core muscle tone which is something that I really need. Looking forward to the next session. This photo was taken close by of the back of the shops along the high road.

@carolscho Really? Definitely going to persevere with it then.

@jesperani I have major issues with my back and the physio says that my core is very weak. Been meaning to do pilates for years. Go for it Jenny.
