I'd already taken my photo for the day but was walking home when I saw the backs of these girls. When they turned around they were absolutely stunning. I asked them somewhat tentatively if I could take their photo. I'm a fairly shy person so this wasn't an easy ask! They were a little taken aback and I explained that I was doing a 365 project, what it was and that I did photography and graphic design on a professional basis. I also showed them some examples of what I'd done already by scrolling through my iphone gallery. Well they seemed impressed so we set off to work. Right where we stood. On the pavement at a fairly busy junction in front of a church.
I had to check their age and make sure that they were over 16. Thankfully they were. I found out that the twins are at university studying social work and the young lady in the middle is doing biochemistry. Unfortunately they'd just come back from a memorial which is why they're all wearing black. It makes for a stunning photo though.
Beautiful image. And you are so very brave. This is something I feel I could never do. I've done it at a fishing pond, but they're just guys sitting around waiting for a nibble on their lines. These girls a gorgeous and this image is really beautiful. A big fav to you :)
