While in Bremen we visited an old fish market where the fishermen used to bring their catch for selling and smoking. only one smokehouse was still in operation. the line up to purchase was extremely long so we just looked around and visited another place where we had fish on the bun. delicious.
From the length of the lines it appears the demand for good fish is still strong. is still there. I'll bet it's hard work catching fish and preparing them for market.
