STROLLING DOWN THE LAKE

Not strolling but walking to the cancel a bit further away from our house. in fact we have 2 canals with have houses both sides of the canal so that makes it 4 streets that have access to the 2 cancals going into Lake Simcoe. here you only see one side of homes and their watercrafts at their backyard so to speak.
I like the blue tone to the water

This is what my sun is going to see now, I guest. Beautiful

In 1953 we did have a big flood. +/- 900 people was kill by it . We say never again.So we buld what we named `` the Delta Works. New dykes dams and waterworks. It will be save by now

so sorry to hear that so many people were killed in the flood years ago. wonder if the technology wasn't there yet at that time for building the dykes dams that you have now.

that's great to have a chanel in your backyard!but no flood coming!

@meoprisan no it's quite savf as the chanel empties in to the lake.
I don't live there..was just passing by. I'm 5 houses away from the lake so a very short walk.
