While walking along a narrow path next to the Holland River (that's what its called) we came across this graffiti...a place where I would've never expected any. I took a lot of other pictures along the way which I might feature in a collage.
@nikkers They aren't in use now but from what I gather it was something like a gate somehow regulating the hight of the river. they were on both sides of the river still standing but no bridge over it anymore.
@hwy61 yes and no..to get there first of all you need a car, second these walkways are usually used by people walking or by cyclistunless the graffiti isn't done by kids. and also its the only structure along the 1 1/2 hour walk along the river. but how would I know..I guess people find a way.
Graffitti, I know it`s art but sometimes I have my doubts. We do have a graffitti remove team in town. On places it`s not allowed they will be removed. A pic of it is always great
Great picture- it seems to have such a hopeless feel to it. Stairs leading to nothing and a wall with graffiti- left unattended and uncared for. Well, at least the path is useful for the cyclists and walkers. Great capture.
