Just returned from the dentist. needed a tooth (molar) extracted..after numerous freezings and waiting the longest time before my mouth felt numb she finally pulled it when I heard her saying ..oh no! apparently a root broke off..it was attached to the bone. so not to dig it out she said it will heal ok and maybe after 4-5 years the body might reject it.. what have I got myself into??? now at home I'm holding an icepack against my cheek and typing with one hand. won't get much done this way. maybe a day for watching TV instead.
Great candid photo, Bruni . . but how could you even think about taking a pic after that ordeal!!! I hope that you are resting and will be alright soon. I just cringed when I read your story. I feel empathy pains for you right now!! Get Better!

I'm still frozen as I needed alot of the solution..still all tingly. lots of ice every 10 minutes. so I'll survive.. have to see what I can eat as I didn't have lunch and now its going on 5 pm. thank you so much for caring.
Time to get out something to tie around your head to hold the ice pack in place like they did in the old days! This shot reminds me of all the roads around here! Lots of construction and line work. I hope your tooth is feeling better by now!
@olivetreeann I had to laugh when I read your comment. I was sitting at the dining room table when Hans came from the kitchen..he had warmed up a camomile tea bag held against his cheek with one of my scarves (red) around his face. took a picture of it but he insisted I delete it..usually he is a good sport but I guess this was too much. yes we both had a tooth extracted, his was a wisdom tooth about 10 days or so ago which required surgery..he is still in pain. the tooth had split down the middle and our dentist said she couldn't do it. mine only yesterday and I'm fine..no pain. so when I read your suggestion I had to laugh because that's exactly what Hans did with the teabag....
