Just like the mythologial figure of Atlas carrying the the earth on his shoulder so does this tree appear to be carrying the moon.I came across this picture in one of my files from October 2011 and was wondering why I never posted it.

Just remembered what else it reminds me of ... the mythological Greek king Sysiphus who was condemned to spend eternity pushing a huge boulder up a hill. Looks like you caught it at the top - but it fell down on him and he had to start all over again ... and again!
what a cool shot, Bruni. so enjoy the illusions we get sometimes like this. in the turkey photo i posted, i had to argue with malcolm because he insisted one was sitting in the tree no matter what i said.
