I saw this out of the window while Hans and I were on our way to see our granddaughter Shayelynne at the Wendigo Farm where she takes riding lessons. I'll upload some pictures of them tomorrow. I don't know what this is called..it did rotate.. I snapped two pictures of it while Hans was standing at a traffic light.
