For Street Fests and Celebrations we usually drive into Newmarket as there is always something going on at Newmarket's Main Street and/or Fairy Lake.
Fairy Lake is just on top of Main Street, a left turn and across the street you'll find the entrance to the Park. we spent some time at both places. the weather wasn't very promising. it rained early this morning, but around 11 am it changed and became sunny. so on the spare of the moment we decided to go after all. glad we did, it was fun to see so many adults and kids dressed for the occasion. tonight we'll go down to the lake for fireworks.
