Grace took her mom for a nice outing to Sherwood Park in Toronto yesterday. We love going there on a warm day as we're mostly walking in the shade under a lovely canopy of trees. I enjoy taking the stairs. you know the saying: "What goes up must come down" and there're a lot of stairs. I do get out of breath mind you, but it's good exercise for my heart.
@olivetreeann Grace and I started counting them, but there were too many. there're always a few stairs and then couple of steps in between.
we're holding hands while climbing them. I do take a few deep breath and then start the stairs again. I'm doing ok and still walking my mile every morning.
