Another trip to the ER. woke up at midnight with a AFIB, a fast and uneven heartbeat. now it's 5 am and the fibrillations haven't stopped. my heart rate is up to 158 from my normal under 70.
wish me luck and hopefully see you soon.
Bruni, I am so sorry to hear that you are not "right". I hope that when you read this, that you are feeling much better. That kind of stuff is too scary. Let us know, OK?
thank you Ferry for your comment and fac. we were back at home by 12 noon. most of the time we spent waiting around. once again they brought me back to sinus rhythm. my heart rate had gone up to 169 later in the morning and now it's back down to below 70 which is normal for me.@pyrrhula
@bkbinthecity Thank you Brian you prayer. I'm ok for now. we were back at home by 12 noon. most of the time we spent waiting around. you know what it's like in an ER. once again they brought me back to sinus rhythm. my heart rate had gone up to 169 later in the morning and now it's back down to below 70, which is normal for me.
Oh sorry to read this Bruni, must have been a long night. Pleased to hear your heart rate is back under control and you are home. A lovely shot of these three happy snowmen.
@paulaw It was. two hours of sleep last night and then up at midnight. I didn't wake Hans up until 5 am. had spend all these hour in between on the couch, there us I way go back to sleep when your heart is racing like that. so when we came home from the ER, I had a 1 1/2 hour nap and will go to bed early tonight. thank you for your comment, always so much appreciated.
@demelo Thank you Ann. prayers were answered. once again they used cardioversion (electric shock treatment) to bring my heart rate down to normal which is 66-70 beats per minute.
@ceilidh Thank you Margaret, I'm so use to it by now. had been hoping that the two ablations and taking my heart meds regularly would eliminate the afi,. but it doesn't look that way.
@timewalker hank you so much, Pam. today all is normal and I did a round of fast walking around the perimeter inside of the gym. 27 round, so I'm good for today. now back to repairing the Christmas display which got soaked by the heavy rain and fell apart.
Oh no! I hope they work out what is going on with your heart and get it all sorted out quickly.
Wish you all the good help and luck you need. Take care and be better soon.
@paulaw Paula, it should read there isn't anyway to go back to sleep
(sorry, I didn't spell checked my comment to you)
