As you can see, we've 122 degree in the sun. this old Springfield thermometer hangs already for 30 ears in the shade under our roofed over deck. I was curious and took it into the sun and it climbed to over 120 degrees. so unheard of at this time of the year and much higher than all summer.
@maggiemae It might very well be, Maggiemae at least I can't remember these high temperatures in fall. usually we get what they call Indian Sommmer for a few days in October, but never that hot.
Wow, that is so much hotter than you ever get. What's your actual temperature? We will be in the low 90's starting Tuesday for a while but down to the high 50's or very low 60's in the mornings and very early hours of the day. Days are shorter so warm temps are not like Summer heat. Stay cool. When do they expect you to cool off? You would love CA right now, Bruni.
