Hubby and I used to make a candy house for our grandchildren. we started early enough to have it ready for St. Nicholas day, December 6th, similar to the Christmas calendar one can buy in a store. The idea is to brake a candy off every day in anticipation of the arrival of Santa.
Once Grant and Britney were the age of two and four, they wanted to help with the making of the candy house by trying to glue (with hot icing sugar) a candy to the double wafer.
Tthe pictures you see here are from around 1992, way before I knew anything about photography and nothing at all about editing.
Britney, is now a mom of a cute son and Grant is in the process to get a roof over this recently built log home.
I’m sure they’ll enjoying seeing these pictures again.
