What is it - is it a reflection or a refraction. I'm never too sure which one it is.

@janeandcharlie Jane, I didn't know there is a play called Hamilton. no this is a town in Ontario about 1 1/2 hour drive in normal driving condition. to was murder...on of our major highways was closed and so the traffic was especially heavy, often stop and go and of course coming home was the same.
@huvesaker Yes, you're the only one mentioning the sink. it's a reflection from the sun hitting the stainless steel handle of the water tap. when I moved it over, the reflection disappeared.
