Construction site locked up _ Danger Zone

Remember the collage I posted of the fire where a family home was destroyed. I walked past it and this is what's left. it's been cleaned up, but no
new construction as yet.

Wow- that's sad especially with the basketball net and garage in the distance. I hope they'll be able to rebuild soon.

AUTUMN LEAVES
The golden leaves are falling
leaving the branches almost bare
no use to keep on bawling
I know it is not fair
although winter days are almost upon us
with rain sleet and snow
there is no reason to fuss
as the last season has it's own flair
bright sunshine and lots of clean snow
counting the days when Christmas decorations will glow
and although the year is near it's end
the beginning of a new one
is just around the bend.

I know it's corny..but I tried.
