On a rainy day - do baking

Yes it's raining again after a sunny day yesterday.

I spent some time this morning cooking a vegetable soup from scratch while Hans prepared everything he needed to bake some banana bread.

Two loaf pans are already in the oven and there are enough bananas left to make a second batch of two more.

When finished baking, three loaves go into the freezer.

Sounds yummy. I love vegetable soup and bananas. I make gluten free banana bread and you can't tell it from one made with wheat flour.
