Autumn colours just around the bend

One more turn in the road and we would arrive at my son's residence. our last visit was October 23.

I received a disturbing phone call from our Southlake (hospital) Heart Rhythm Clinics. apparently the pacemaker model I have has a one in a thousand defect and they want me to come for a checkup. you can imagine I had a difficult time falling asleep last night.
