The canal I sometimes walk along is quite wide, wide enough to moor double width boats. This one is called the Ark and it has been there for a long time. It was unfortunately gutted by fire about 4 months ago, but the owner is slowly bringing it back to life.
Oh dear - maybe they had a wood fire on board. Double width would be so much better - wouldn't fall out of the bunk so often! Very pretty canal - so neat with walks on either side!
