Although when I say 'Christmas' I think I mean 'a fire hazard'.
Two days to Christmas and nine days until I complete my five year challenge of taking a photo a day. By the time I get to Jan 1st 2018, I will have taken 2,191 consecutive photos and not missed a day.
Times have changed and I don't have the opportunities to go out and see the world through a lens so much now. I will continue to visit 365 and post shots when I take them, but I am no longer going to force myself to do this every day.

I would have thought there would be a fire in this nice fireplace - but then you said you didn't want a fiery Christmas! Good for you for persevering over the years. If you say you had to 'force' yourself to take a photo - then its definitely time to reduce your stress! Will look forward to the occasional one then!
Very festive and quite an achievement to take a photo every day for 5 years. I only managed that for the first year I was on 365. These days I post photos regardless of when they were taken. Look forward to seeing your photos in 2018. Happy Christmas.
