We had some sunshine today - at last! Also the hose-pipe ban has been lifted - hooray! The summer flowers in the Pightle are all blooming - so many I didn't know which photo to choose.
So lovely. Unpretentious flowers in an unpretentious composition, once again demonstrating that simple can be best. Love the word 'pightle'. Only came across it once before (there's one in Needham Market, Suffolk) and had to look it up again to remind myself of its origin.
