I had a mad baking session today - had to make good use of the sun while the solar panels were generating!!! So clockwise from bottom left, shortbread, Mary Berry's Christmas Amandine Tart, two types of muffins for Christmas breakfast and mince pies. I'm all baked out!
Fabulous production of beautiful baked goods. I envy that ability, since I'm a good cook but not a baker. Lucky all those who are going to enjoy it. Fantastic capture.
Wonderful use of natural power Judith...I am impressed & somewhat guilty thinking of my oil fuelled cooker. It makes sense to use your free fuel & so productively too.
It all looks beautiful....you must have been in baking mode! Sometimes I used to have a batch bake like this & almost burn the lot yet other times they all turn out perfect! Peter, keep off eating too many!!
