The choir I sing with was performing a concert at this beautiful church in Boughton Monchelsea in Kent on Saturday. It was a perfect setting overlooking the rose garden and the deer park. It was our choiirmaster's last concert as he is retiring after 11 years as conductor, and was a very memorable occasion. We will all miss him, but it was a great send off. He will be joining us later in the year as a much needed tenor.

Beautiful and singing is such a special gift whatever level you can do! Great conductors and partnerships are such a miss when the time comes for them to go!
