Sunday was a much better day and the sun came out for a while. This is the river Wear, which was very high after the heavy rain the day before. You can just see one of the art installations suspended over the river (orange and blue). It is inspired by fishing nets and it moved in the wind and was also interactive by smart-phone at night. Once we'd logged on we could change the colour and add dots to the pattern on the nets, all very clever.
