Lantau Island is connected to Hong Kong by a bridge. We took the journey there by train and bus at a cost of just 40p! The HK senior octopus card is very cheap. What a fascinating place with board walks running between the precariously perched tiny houses. We found this lovely coffee shop with a balcony overlooking the water, run by a very welcoming lady who had lived for 6 years in Brighton!
