peeping peas

We had to supplement our first few home grown peas with the frozen variety. However, I must say that taste for taste there wasn't much difference! They're fun to grow though.

I love home grown peas but to be honest frozen peas are beautiful. The only thing better is eating the fresh ones out if the pods. I remember four years ago when the boys were over from NZ how they loved picking & eating them out if the pods. Lovely close up photo & good pea growing!
