We had a walk into town this afternoon and this was the view over the houses on the way back. The building to the left is a water tower.
We're both still testing negative but sadly our daughter has now tested positive. Thankfully she only has mild symptoms. It does throw our new year's plans for a family get together into jeopardy though.
What a lovely sunset ,-- fav Sorry to hear that your daughter has now tested positive , fingers crossed that you will still escape the virus . But whatever it has spoilt the prospect of family New Year get together and celebrations
Lovely warm glow in the sky. Hope your daughter is soon feeling fine again and only negative test results all round.
Everyone on edge with so much of this horrible virus.
Beautiful sunset. We have had a few nice ones lately.
COVID has caused such a lot of heartache, especially over Christmas, we cancelled our plans, the turkey and assorted treats are still in the freezer, my daughter and sister in law are testing daily after being in contact with Covid, they are still negative but there is a day or two to go yet. It’s so frightening. I’ve just said we will try for an Easter gathering if its safe, but I won’t hold my breath.
Sorry to hear your daughter has tested positive. My sister who is 79 has just recovered from Covid but her symptoms were only mild.
Our Christmas was cancelled and we were going to a friends house for a barbeque on New Years Eve but that has been cancelled too. Not because anyone has Covid, but we just want to stay safe.
Hope you remain negative.
Lovely sunset sky!
Sorry to hear that your daughter has tested positive. Hopefully you will continue to be negative. There seem to be so many positive cases at the moment. Everyone seems to know someone that is! We now have to do 3 LFTs & 1 PCR each week for work.
What a beautiful sky. We have the same considerations since our son has tested positive just before Christmas. A little worried the rest of his family may end up positive also.
Sorry to hear your daughter is positive, my fingers are crossed that you stay negative. We have cancelled most of our Christmas/New Years plans. I’m not looking forward to going back to work.
A lovely sunset capture. My son has Covid for two days but he says it is no worse then a cold at the moment and he has recently had his booster which made him ill as well. I have been testing myself this week but negative after being in contact with him.

I'm pleased that you are still testing negative for Covid-19, and that your daughter at least has mild symptoms.
