Looking down

I do find it scary looking down from the top! This is the top of the Zugspitze, the highest mountain in Germany at 2962 metres. We took the easy way up by train, rack railway and cable car. I couldn't believe how much was going on at the top. Babies, pushchairs, wheelchairs, dogs and of course thousands of people eating, drinking, photographing, tobogganing, climbing and hiking! Once I got used to the height and felt safe I really enjoyed the incredible views, and the wonderful sunshine 🌞 You can see the town of Garmisch-Partenkirchen where we're staying, way down there in the distance.
