Healthy meal 😋

I had a baking morning, despite the very hot temperatures. I kept the fan on in the kitchen as it was 35°C outside. This is Delia's mushroom & onion quiche, Peter made the coleslaw. I also made a raspberry galette (from the Waitrose Food August magazine) Never made that before but it was very nice.
