For14 vintage

A vintage bacon slicer on display at a coffee shop we visited in Locarno, Switzerland.
My Dad used to own a small grocery shop, and had a bacon slicer. He used to pride himself on the quality of the bacon he sold, and always picked out the 'side' from the supplier himself.
Sadly, I've forgotten how to use selective colour, but at least this is a Flash of red! Also I can't access my Photoshop account since we changed our computer!
Happy Valentine's day!
What a wonderful and gleaming piece of equipment to have on display .
Sorry re your failure to access your photoshop acc. - These things come to try us - hope you'll find a way soon !

I guess it's the challenges that keep our hobby interesting. Hope you have success. This is a marvellous looking device. :)

My Mum had a Berkel bacon slicer in our shop when I was a child. It was lethal.

I’d have never guessed what that was… never seen one of these before. I had to remind myself (aka Google it) how to do SC again so I completely understand.

You made it work and it's still a great flash of red. I don't think I've ever seen a slicer in such a bright red! Your father sounds like he was a good businessman.

I felt bad that you couldn't get into your processing program so put a SC color together for you. You can find it here.

Feel free to grab it off of my account or if you just want me to take it down, I'm happy to do that as well.

A lovely machine, who but the Italians would put such care into its appearance. Still available to buy, if you have 10000 euros spare.
