Betty isn't allowed onto the children's play area so she has to be tied up outside, where she barks constantly, or she can go on a photo walk with me. It's the lesser of two evils. Poor, poor Betty! Why don't they want a sweet no trouble little dog like her in the playground. On a lead she wouldn't be any bother! I think she feels very pushed out!
