Bug

I'm not sure what to call this bug, it's body looks suspiciously like a lady bird, but I can't find book or web site that identifies it. So "Bug" will have to do for now.

@wakelys Thank you, I thought that too, but all the shield bugs seem to have a different shape a d all the Lacy birds different colours and markings.

No idea on identification but a lovely detailed capture. I belong to a FB group who ID British bugs, they would know!

I belong to the insect FB group for Florida. You may be able to find something in your neck of the woods. You can asl for ID on your find.

Interesting bug- can't help you with ID though as all I have is one that is for bugs in my area.
