Super composition! The fog adds mystery to the shot. Have seen this just twice before, once when crossing the Verrazano Narrows, the other when crossing the Golden Gate. It's eerie, which you capture superbly in the photo.

I should also say that crossing The Bridge and going up the hill put you looking right into the sun, thus the break lights that you see.
