Would YOU Eat this Peach

If you cut open the a fresh peach and saw this pattern, would you eat this peach or pitch it? And Why?

Ha ha, I was making a peach pie at work today, and made a point of eating a piece of peach that had a lot of red in it before I put the rest into the pie. For show we like the peaches that don't have a lot of red in it, but secretly we know that those are the good pieces.
