My daughter's school ( St Mary's) has a pet blessing every fall. Parents bring the family pets, and the priest from church says a prayer, and blesses all God's creatures. The students LOVE it.
Claire is not a fan of being in the car. She meows constantly. This was while we were waiting. She was very interested in what was going on. But... when I took her out of the car and we stood in a big circle, she was NOT liking all the dogs around.
There are very few great cat pictures, to my way of thinking. But this is one of them. The detail. The eyes. The posture and expression of Claire are just fabulous.
A dog would find this to be a great adventure. For a cat it is just another thing to endure in their captivity. None of our cats ever did well in the car either. Nice photo of Claire!

The little outfit she tolerates for a short time. It's like a cat "hoodie" lol.
Her leash is missing, so I actually borrowed Vanessa's little belt and tied to the hoodie thing.
