The ruins of the abbey is next door and the house looks deserted, windows out and curtains billowing. However apparently one person still lives in art of it. Ibelieve that many locals would love to see inside as there are supposed to be beautiful stairs and architectural detail. I did see inside the door which was left open once and would love to have explored but It would be fabulous to restore.
