This species of iris blooms in early spring and again in the fall. A friend shared some bulbs with me about 20 years ago... I think of my friend, Judy, each time they bloom.
Spectacular! I know exactly what you mean. My flowers are personal to me. I have a fairly large flower garden and most of the flowers were given to me so I'm very sentimental. I've told my husband that when we move my flowers go with me.
