@cameronknowlton It was that golden hour of the afternoon... if you look at my extras album today, the sycamore tree is in the lower left portion of the photo... the light was wonderful for about 10-15 minutes! I did manipulate the light and shadow just a bit.
It's funny that you posted a picture of a Sycamore. I was just noticing them the other day and told my husband how much I loved them. They always seem highlighted against the sky....especially when the lighting is just right. You captured this just perfectly. It's a fav!
@cameronknowlton I have been looking at Lightroom... not sure my old Windows XP is compatible... and I agree that some photos just need a frame to complete it. Thanks for your views and comments!
@danette ... thank you! Are you happy with the 3.6? I had a friend edit one of my photos with Lightroom 3... I liked the results, only slightly different from my Picasa edit. Haven't had a chance to research the difference between the programs.
@calm Yes, I was using Picasa as it was so easy and I really have o time to learn something new. I let Lightroom sit for a while but now it's really very easy. I have not done any tutorials, but I should. I would like to add some plug-ins. So much to learn!
