I found the name of this church quite curious... Compromise Church, established in 1882. There must be an interesting story behind the name. But the compromise must have been satisfactory, for the church is still around more than a hundred years later.
@eyesmile It could be the name of the community, located outside the town of Rogersville, Tennessee. I may try to do a little research and see if I can learn more.
