First Saturday since the partial lifting of restrictions on outside gatherings. This, and some glorious sunshine (if not high temperatures) brought the crowds out in Bristol, me amongst them. My first stop off in the centre of the city since autumn. The change of scene was very welcome, as were the couple of pints in the pub garden and then a visit to the record store. It was good for the soul to enjoy a drink and food with some of the family, with the noise of others chattering away in the background. Little liberties that we've always taken for granted and missed so much. It was also my first bus trip since COVID, so even that felt like a novelty!
