@kjarn it is supposed to be better health wise. It tastes a little different. I baked a cake with it once and it tasted strange so I think it works in some situations and not others.
Excellent tea! I haven't used coconut sugar before, but I do use date sugar for some things - tends to work okay for baking. I imagine a coconut flavor in the baked goods could be undesirable at times!

@pamalama@kuva thank you! I haven't tried date sugar. Coconut sugar doesn't taste like coconuts at all, but rather kind of a dark, almost burnt flavor? It is hard to define. It is less sweet.
