Willingham Waterfall by carole_sandford

Willingham Waterfall

From our walk in Willingham Woods this afternoon. It is quite difficult to get a clear shot of it, due to all the overgrowth on the bank. However I quite liked the effect of the branches of it .
I think this is rather fabulous. I couldn’t get the zoom (didn’t have right lens with me) to get this, though I saw it with the Mk1 eyeball. Really very good. The foilage adds to it in my opinion. Fav

A superb shot that would have been tough to do but you managed to get the waterfalls in focus even through the under growth! Is this a fish staircase to navigate around a steep waterfall or dam? We call them fish ladders here in Canada (you could Google it to see what I mean)

Is this near the pond Carole? I assume it is. Been so long since I went to that part of the woods I can't remember ever seeing it. Was there NYs Day too. Lovely shot. I like the soft focus of the twigs or grasses in the foreground. It works rather nicely :)
