Faded Grandeur

I went into Lincoln today to do a last bit of shopping & I got Phil to drop me off & collect me later ( no way was I trying to park in the city a few days before Christmas). As I was waiting to be picked up I noticed this building on the other side of the road. Looks as if it was once quite grand, with its glass dome. I asked my friend if she knew what it had been & she thinks it may have been a hotel.
I thought it would make a good B&W
