A different view from Phil’s picture. When we were here a couple of weeks ago for the fireworks, we promised ourselves that we would come back to visit the castle & grounds & today we did. It threatened rain the whole time we were there, but managed to get round without getting wet!
Love the round bits of the castle. I always wanted to live in a round building when I was a child. Either a lighthouse or a windmill. Round towers used to fascinate me. Must have been Rapunzel in a previous life.
