Not Quite the Dream

There are kingfishers in this area, though they have been elusive of late. Phil & I have always said it would be great to capture a kingfisher sat on this sign. Well so far this is the best we can do, a duck!

Funny, funny, but yes, keep watching for a kingfisher some day! I posted a sign that said "Important Bird Area" with the obnoxiously loud Red-winged Blackbird on it but at that moment, his beak was closed and not as open as usual.
