Britain’s Biggest Bell by carole_sandford

Britain’s Biggest Bell

My home town of Loughborough is famous for making Bells & Taylor’s Bell Foundry is still operational today. “The Great Paul” is the largest bell in Britain & hangs in St, Paul’s Cathedral in London. This the Bell case that it was made in & it resides in Queen's Park.

@phil_howcroft yes Phil, I think they are about the only one left. They have made bells for all over the world. There’s a museum there too now & I believe there are factory tours too. Loughborough’s claim to fame.
