When we first moved here , 20 years ago, this was a thriving pub. The couple that own it decided to retire some years ago, so now we have no pub. Some people have expressed a desire to run it, but the people still live in it, so that hasn’t been possible - maybe one day…

There wouldn't be a conflict here- both the flat and business would operate together- unless the owner lived in the flat and didn't want to deal with a business beneath them. Too bad- it's a great looking building and had a good name!
